Guest guest
I've got mixed feelings about the guy, but on the topic of raw meat, I definitely think its good to eat at least some of your meat raw. After getting over the initial ick factor of eating raw ground beef, I stopped wanting to eat it cooked. Now the only time I eat beef is when I eat it raw and it just sits better and I just really prefer to it raw. Just make sure you know how to work the spices. I make some super tasty raw beef and cooked spinach dishes. So its definitely worth a try. I follow the WAPF guidelines of freezing for 14 days to minimize parasites. - > > What are people's take on the consumption of raw meat? Aajonus Vonderplanitz has all the scientific rigor of a lobotomized fruit bat stoned on acid and crystal meth, but there are definitely virtues to eating good-quality meat raw. Many nutrients are damaged by cooking, some harmful compounds are formed, etc. -

Guest guest
I just basically cook some veggies, say like spinach or cabbage, make sure its spiced well (I like to use freshly ground caraway and dill seeds, black pepper, chili flakes, turmeric, etc...) then after the spinach is cooked and spiced up properly I let it cool a bit, add some butter/coconut oil, the raw meat, and gently warm that up until hot but never too hot where I can't put it in my mouth. Raw beef and cooked cabbage with black pepper and some toasted sesame seeds is another one of my favorites. You really just gotta experiment and find what your body likes the best.. - > > > Just make sure you know how to work the spices.
