Guest guest
Its a tough call...because grains are built for storage as long as they aren't germinated or are ground into a flour. Germinated grains might not store as well but supposedly some traditional people let their grains germinate partially before harvesting...forget where I read that though... I would feel fine storing them at cooler temps (70F) in an airtight container for a few months. Just make sure they feel kinda crispy which is a way to make sure they are completely dry. - --- In , " ccbmamma " <caroleebol@...> wrote: > > Hi, does anyone know if, after you sprout and dehydrate whole grains, > it's necessary to store them in the freezer or if you can just put > them in an airtight container at room temp?
