Raw Meat /parasites

Have never try raw meat/fish. worry about parasites. Dr. Hulda

recommended all meat/milk should cooked/boiled b/c parasites are the possible

causes of cancer etc. wonder MMS or baking soda/ACV to pre-soak or wash will

help reduce parasite getting into our system? Helen

Raw beef and cooked cabbage with black pepper and some toasted sesame

seeds is another one of my favorites. You really just gotta

experiment and find what your body likes the best..
