Guest guest
, I was wondering whether you do your IF plan on all weekday fast days or just Wed/Fri. Thanks, Chris
Guest guest
> I was wondering whether you do your IF plan on all weekday fast days > or just Wed/Fri. Wednesday and Fridays normally. But I'm switching over to the 16/8 leangainers approach on the 1st of the month, so I guess that means that I will be doing some form of IF on all weekday fasts (that will be nice actually because ideally I want to have just one meal a day on the various weekday fasts - outside of Lent, my current approach is pretty haphazard regarding the other fasting periods. This will " normalize " things). The main difference will be that I won't be eating any animal products (unless otherwise allowed) on the IF days that coincide with the fast days nor obviously will the meals be as large. Probably means I will have to make up some calories over the weekend. That's okay, I'm good at feasting :-) However, on ordinary Wednesdays and Fridays I will stick with the EAT STOP EAT 24 hour approach, so as to differentiate them from the other days, and have a small meal afterwards. So how does that work out on Wednesday and Fridays? Well if my normal eating window is 1 - 9 pm on the 16/8 plan (that isn't set in concrete yet - I may go 2-10, 3-11) then on Tuesdays and Thursdays I will have my last meal at the normal dinner hour (around 6 or so), and then won't eat again until dinner the next day. Still within the window, but not at all my concern on those days. -- " How do they become one flesh? " As if she were gold receiving purest gold, the woman receives the man's seed with rich pleasure, and within her it is nourished, cherished, and refined. It is mingled with her own substance and she then returns it as a child! " St. Chrysostom
