Guest guest
I think it is nice that he at least answered you. I have found that most people will not answer an email sent to their place of business. I make it a point to never buy from such a person. Guest guest
Okay, just what is his definition of " cereal grains? " Is he referring to whole grains, oats, wheat, or is he suggesting that cereal in general is the problem? Around our house I preach about the tremendous value of whole grains versus enriched flour products. Did I miss something somewhere along the way? Guest guest
That's interesting, I've never heard that cause cited. I've heard everything from a protein in cow's milk to trauma in infancy, but never cereal grains. I'll have to do some research on that one. Guest guest
Dave, From what I have read about this guy, he is against any grains at all. His theory, from what I gather, is that the " original man " at nothing but vegetables and it was not until humans started eating more protein and grains that health issues started happening. (other than infectious diseases..) Re: FW: diet for type 1 diabetics Okay, just what is his definition of " cereal grains?
