Guest guest
Our dentist, Dr. Silkman, says it's due to a narrowed palette/underdeveloped cranium: http://www.westonaprice.org/healthissues/facial-development.html Dr. Silkman is treating my husband for snoring and sleep apnea -- he is fitting him for an adjuster to help him get more air when he sleeps. Ann Marie, also tell him not to sleep on his back and have him tilt his head slightly face downward when going to sleep. That keeps the jaw from sliding back to clamp down on the air passage in the throat. I find that when I sleep using this technique, I don't snore much, if at all. I can tell when I've been snoring because it leaves my throat dry and irritated.

Guest guest
Did you mean that poor nutrition like a diet rich in fast foods, GM foods, overcooked foods additive -laced foods can cause it? Where even pregnant women eat a terrible diet, and children grow up never learning about whole raw foods can be the cause? Then gee, I have no idea, sorry. Guest guest
Step outside and look around. How many radio towers (cel phone) do you see? Drive around. Find the microwave towers. Do you live in line between two of them? I think a lot of this has to do with electronic pollution. It's only going to get worse. > > > This is absolutely mind boggling to me, its like... > like an EPIDEMIC! > > On one of the other message boards I frequent ( parenting > message board ) i mean there are hundreds of posts on > sleep apnea, answers ...hundreds more! Guest guest
Actually I have been reading, and chemicals can and do cause it, people who are eating foods they are allegic to or chemicals they are allergic to can swell the airways. I've been reading about people getting rid of it by doing cleanes, strenthening the airways, removing the allergens/toxins, and boosting the immune system. So...there we have it, i guess. Perhaps it is different for everyone. -T , 2008 7:07 AM, webriter <webriter@...> wrote: > > > Just anther side-effect from our " better world through Chemistry " > > environment? Guest guest
I dont think it is any " one " thing. Probably a combination of nutrient deficiencies, allergies, metal toxicity, pathogens, overworked lymphatics, chemicals, food intolerances, food additives, and possibly radio pollution as well. I have read of people healing themselves from sleep apnea, by cutting out food allergies, chemicals, removing amalagams, and additives. > Step outside and look around. Guest guest
Chronic mineral deficiencies throughout development cause this. Recall Dr. Price inducing secondary sex characteristics (beard) in an adult Downs Syndrome patient, by widening the dental arch with an appliance, relieving pressure on the pituitary and improving hormone etc etc. Desh
