I've used it and still refer to it. It worked great for me?while I was on it.

(My problem is the sugar monkey creeping back now and again.)

When I started it and specifically took all the coconut oil I lost weight?pretty

fast (about 2 pounds a week) and had tremendous energy. I recommend it.

Has anyone used Sally Fallon's book-Eat Fat, Loose Fat?

I just purchased it yesterday, curious to hear people's experiences

with it. I'm hoping I'll be able to adhere to the weight loss plan

as I'm a working, single parent.

Look forward to hearing from you

I bought this book some time ago and have attempted to do the diet,

but I had difficulty in keeping down the large amount of coconut oil

specified.

If anyone has found an easy way of taking it I'd be grateful if

they'd pass it on and I'll have another go. I'm absolutely convinced

it will work if I can overcome this difficulty.

anymore. Now I add ground flax seeds for the extra good oils. Hope

this helps!

I put it in my coffee or tea in the morning. I also put about ½ cup in my

kefir smoothie. I have also been known to eat it right off the spoon.

I think putting it in tea would just spoil the tea, and I don't like

most sweet things. I tried it in Marmite (with hot water), which is

just about OK.

I haven't yet tasted kefir, or even seen it, though I might buy some

ready-made to see whether I like it. I suppose I could also try it in

plain yoghurt.

I have got some flax oil and could add some of that too. I'll just

have to experiment.
