Guest guest
If you have a freezer you can freeze them in zip lock baggies DO NOT RINSE WITH WATER or you could try a nice cobbler just alternate berries with douogh cinnamon and water; or could them up in a sauce pan and make a jam then jar; refrigerate; Black rasperries are scarece; so use them all even if eat them by the handful I pick berries and eat them plain; A. repent_kog_is_near <repent_kog_is_near@...> wrote: Would anyone have a healthy jam recipe for wild black raspberries? We found some wild ones growing in our backyard, which we had missed till now(had not mowed that area for a while).. we may get a few quarts before the season is out.. Would appreciate any thoughts (other than the jam) to using the berries (they are not as easy to eat like blueberries, too many thick seeds). Regards -Dan.
