there is a cultured noodles recipe on WAPF website but it looks really

compliated and time consuming. Maybe more time consuming than anything

else.

I've made these and they were quite wonderful. I didn't find them to be too

much work, etc. - in fact, well worth the effort. I spoke with a Russian

missionary a few weeks ago and they said these are typical of the noodles

still being made.
