Guest guest
This is a classic example of environment being the problem. Too many PT's chase the easy money of these poor environments and consequently they become marginal PT's because of it. If you give a good PT the right environment to practice, they become great. If you have a great PT in the wrong environment, they become average. We've seen 80% of PT's are " good " and get a passing grade. 10% are not good, and 10% are awesome. But the great equalizer is the environment they are subjected to. That means: being able to follow their patients without shuffling them around all the time having the right equipment and setting (gym, pool, etc...) having a schedule that allows them to see patients for longer when needed vs. 3+ an hour having a clinic that promotes and pays for con-ed And this is just the start. I'm sure you all have other ideas that make the " right " environment Sac Spine & PT
