Guest guest
See www.westonaprice.org. There is a lot of information there, so it takes awhile to get to all of it. Enig had a really good list of things to do/avoid that I saw on another site. If I can find it I'll forward it to you. Sorry about the chronic pain. I've read things that I'm sure you have heard of about the chronic infection in the teeth that can cause arthritis, etc. I wonder if perhaps some high-dose vitamin C would help because it can rid the body of the toxins the infection is releasing. A popular remedy for headaches/body aches from toxins is a coffee enema. I've never done it but I know people who were desperate enough to try it and said it helped. Not exactly WAP, tho. Best bet for helping yourself nutritionally may be cod liver oil and a good source of trace minerals - bee pollen, blackstrap molasses, or mineral supplement like Wobezyme or Concentrace. The body does a better job of detoxing when it has sufficient quantities of trace minerals for the chemical reactions it needs. Last - my sister's fiancee had chronic back pain and got checked and found out it was colon cancer. The doctors really screwed him up, but he did everything they told him to without asking any questions. I hope it's not the case for you, but if it is, it's always best to know early while you still have time to learn about it and find out your options. (But it sounds like a tooth infection to me!) TK, some people are very sensitive to chemicals in food, including some natural food chemicals. Here's a great introduction to food chemical intolerances: http://www.plantpoisonsandrottenstuff.info/content/introduction.aspx To get a break from the reactions, you can try an elimination diet: http://www.plantpoisonsandrottenstuff.info/content/elimination-diet.aspx Also, getting good nutrition, minimizing stress and dealing with it properly, getting exercise and sun are all important to good health. I recently put together a health check list: http://stay-healthy-enjoy-life.blogspot.com Good luck!

Guest guest
Not really part of the loop, been busy outside lately, garden & all. My name is Igo, so I thought I would simply reinforce your choice to be healthy & all. Whatever method you choose, be as self-sustainable as possible. Best always, Jim iamhealthynow <iamhealthynow@...> wrote: Hi All, I am new to this group but not new to the fact that animal proteins and fats are healthy. I currently struggle with daily pain - headache, upper backache, lower backache, and a toothache on a crowned tooth – most likely candida overgrowth, PMS every week from Thursday to Saturday, and food intolerances. I have been told my pain is from die off since it increases when I eat coconut oil, butter, etc., but I think that's not all there is to it. In December I was eating up to 8 tablespoons of VCO a day without any reaction. I had a splurge one weekend and since then I have not been able to tolerate it and have had this pain every day except for 2 or 3 days here and there where it was reduced. I have been told I have food intolerances and to avoid the foods I react to and I have been told there is no such thing and that allergic reactions to healthy, unadulterated foods are really healing reactions and to keep eating those foods. I don't know what to believe. My dentist can't find anything wrong with the crowned tooth and I have already had two teeth pulled last year for the same reason – they kept hurting but couldn't find what was wrong. Well, one was a root canal and it really needed to come out as there was an infection at the bottom. I have been told to get checked for cavitations but the first available appt. with a dentist who can do this is June 3rd. So – I am frustrated and have reached my limit. I don't know how to go on with daily pain, weekly PMS, reactions to foods, etc. It's all very frustrating. I seem to react strongly also to foods high in natural sulfur. Any thoughts/insights are greatly appreciated. Was also wondering if there is a file that tells me what foods are recommended and which are not, how to get started, etc. Thanks, TK Well done is better than well said..., Jim Igo --------------------------------- Looking for last minute shopping deals?
