Maybe a glass. ~~~I have a nutritionist (I don't agree with most of the stuff she tells me) who is insisting on 64 oz of water a day to help with weight loss. Of course coffee isn't part of the 64 oz. I have coffee first thing in the morning (organic only, made with half decaff, half regular). I have a kefir fruit smoothie with raw kefir, raw (previously frozen) colostrum, cream and egg (and lots of other goodies I won't mention here). I have a 16 oz bottle (glass of course) of water I take to work with me. And I drink 8 oz of kombucha at lunch. In the evening I have some water if I'm thirsty and a glass of raw milk with dinner. I don't feel dehydrated. In fact most nights I'm getting up twice to go to the bathroom. Is it really necessary to drink that much water to aid in weight loss? Thanks, Rhonda
