3-5 servings of crucifers per week is probably good. 1/day will

probably not hurt, but I think 2/day is excessive. Iodine overcomes

moderate amounts, so don't worry too much as long as you are getting

plenty of iodine from seafood including fish and seaweed, eggs, milk,

iodized salt, etc. (You can get iodized unrefined seasalt; I have

some that is iodized with powdered seaweed.)

What is the brand name and do you know whether the seaweed has been

tested for cyanide?

I was eating a lot of kelp until I found out I had to order it to get

the tested kind.
