It's really powerful for cleaning out heavy metals. If you don't have that problem, you may not notice much. mike

I do have mercury issues...so we'll see what happens. I liked all the reports about it stimulating enzyme systems such as prostaglandins in the body. -

I have been using it by adding 10 drops to 8 oz pure water twice a day. The site I read said you could do 25 drops 3 times a day for a while. Its 35% food grade H2O2. Just make sure its on an empty stomach. -
Guest guest
I put it in my daughter's humidifier when she is having asthma problems. She says it really helps. She is almost 20 so she is not a young child and knows if it helps or not. Guest guest
I use it for cleaning and occasionally gargle/brush with it (diluted to 3%). I noticed once when I had post-nasal drip that it cleared right up after I gargled once. I have also been using it on my hair. I diluted to 3% (with distilled water) and poured into an old hairspray bottle. I spritz on my hair daily after the shower. Not a lot -- just a few spritzes. I am amazed that in only a few weeks time, my hair is several shades lighter. I haven't even gone out in the sun much. It looks really natural, too. (I'm a dishwater blonde with dark towhead roots.) If only I had known about this years ago -- I could have saved a fortune on salon highlights!
