I can't even follow it at this point! I've started the process of the weight loss plan in eat fat, loose fat and I'm wondering if anyone has used any of the superfoods Sally Fallon talks about-cod liver oil, kombucha etc.. Currently I eat kimchee for my lacto-fermented food, I'm purchasing cod liver oil today as I realize it's an important step I've been missing but I wanted to know if people have found utilizing these during weight loss has been helpful? I know some people on here adhere to this way of eating strictly, however like others I don't have the time or financial resources to purchase all of the superfoods noted in the book Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
