Guest guest
Dora, The good news is the body only keeps track of a week of sleep debt. If you could get 1 week of good sleep it would help to identify other issues. If you start to feel exhausted by 1 or 2pm, you should evaluate what you have for lunch and when you are eating it. When do you eat breakfast? How long after breakfast do you eat lunch? Do you always eat at the same time every day or does it vary? Do you have a good strong breakfast rich in fats and protein or is it carb heavy (the latter tends to result in crashes before lunch)? When I was up at 6:30a I was eating breakfast around 7-7:30a and I absolutely needed to eat between 11a and noon otherwise I'd crash and burn. -Lana > Most of the time I do feel fine in the morning but when 1 or 2 pm > comes around, I feel like a wet rag. > > Well, I think I've answered my own question, anyway until I get about > a year of nights uninterupted it would probably be impossible to > identify any other problem. > > Dora >
Guest guest
I second this. Depending on what you are eating for lunch, it can take up to 3 hours for it to be digested and ready to fuel you. Best to put the food in before you need it so it is energy by the time you do. -Lana On Sat, Mar 15, 2008 at 8:49 AM, penciloid <hoppythetoad@...> wrote: > Even though you aren't hungry until 2pm, try eating lunch at 11 or 12 > anyway for a few days, and see if it helps. >
