Guest guest
Grill the reuben open, then put the kraut in after the cheese is melty and the meat warm but not hot. Or do the meat on the pan surface with grease, remove, then do the bread with cheese in said grease and do the Dagwood kraut layers afterwards. YUM. Guest guest
So you make Reuben hash. I do that with lots of stuff because it's simply easier for the kids to chew. At this point I like blt salad better than a sandwich. What is potato lefse? Okay, I googled lefse - looks awesome- and got a decent recipe, but it didn't say how thin to roll out the pancakes.
