Guest guest
Question: I started taking CLO in capsule form recently {Carlsons brand, low A]. Is there any advantage to taking the recommended 5 capsules at once or is splitting them up during the day best? Right now I am splitting them up which is no problem since I take a few other meds up to 6 times a day.? Also, is there anything at all to coral calcium? Which Magnesium is best for helping with sleep? C. Re: CLO Leah, > Is it okay to take cod liver oil by itself? Or would it be better to > take at mealtime. Fat-soluble vitamins are absorbed much better with a meal. Price administered it dissolved in orange juice or tomato juice just prior to a meal. However, Dr. Marasco who used to be on this list said that those of his patients who have trouble burping up the taste of it don't have that problem if they take it on a completely empty stomach. It's the only magnesium (that I am aware of) that does not provoke the laxative-effect. I take 600 mgs/night with no problem. - Things fall apart; the center cannot hold; Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world, The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere The ceremony of innocence is drowned; The best lack all conviction, while the worst Are full of passionate intensity. -WB Yeats ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Guest guest
i don't know anything about coral calcium, but the magnesium i take is glycinate and it has really helped me with sleep. (i take 6-700 mgs a day) i have also heard that CALM brand magnesium that you make into a warm tea is also good, but for me personally it is too laxative. amanda I was hoping that someone could comment on the other two questions....anyone?? Also, is there anything at all to coral calcium? Which Magnesium is best for helping with sleep? .
