Guest guest
Miso in any home-made broth; we especially love duck Eggs cooked in duck fat Breakfast burritos with home-made chorizo, diced potatoes, home-made salsa..... Oatmeal - make it a million ways, adding dehydrated apples, or dehyrated blueberries; add 1/2-cup fresh orange juice, one smashed banana, handful of almond slices, and handful of coconut - one of our favorites Oatmeal Souffle made with home-made ricotta, diced dried figs, pecans, cinnamon, eggs, of course.... French toast made from sourdough bread but with centers cut out and whole egg baked in the middle.... Lemon ricotta pancakes with lemon curd......... Egg roulades - egg roll-up like jelly-roll and filled with salmon/bluecheese/capers/red onions or sausage, onion, cheddar cheese, olives.....possibilities are endless......... I adore breakfast - could eat it 3 times a day. LOL............
