Guest guest
Maple syrup is the yummiest way to get manganese. . . . we do sunflower seeds for magnesium (though there's the pufa issue). Herbal infusions and kelp are good ways to add incidental minerals. Lana mentioned recently that red rasberry leaf is high in manganese; nettles also have good mineral value. If you get used to a light green tea- I enjoy nettles and alfalfa leaf- then you can often modify it to aid your needs. Other sea vegetables besides kelp are good mineral-rich add-ins to boost a decent diet. Sea vegetable salads are delicious. Also don't just cook grains with bone broth, drink it and make reduction sauces. I assume you're eating your oysters, sardines, and offal? I've totally spaced the vitamin e.
