Hello to all,

In the book Gut and Pshycology syndrome, on the Chapter

about Probiotics Dr. Natasha Camble McBride mentioned a beneficial form

of E. Coli that could be supplemented with by the name of Escherichia

coli Nissle 1917 strain. Does any one know were to find this?!?!-

It is sold under the brand name " Mutaflor " (she mentions this in her book), and

it is not

widely available here. There's a lot of clinical research behind its

effectiveness; you can read

As far as I know, there is only one pharmacy that is importing Mutaflor to the

U.S.. It's called

Uriel Pharmacy, and can be found here: http://www.urielpharmacy.com/

I believe you need a doctor's prescription, or perhaps an order from another

health care

professional such as an acupuncturist or chiropractor. Call up Uriel Pharmacy

and find out.
