Guest guest
The system we really like is the PT Advantage software. They have a very good scheduler and the support is awesome. They also offer billing and documentation, we have not yet started on the documentation, but if it is any where near as good as the Scheduling and billing, it will help save the whole staff a ton of time and needless work. www.advantagesoftware.com Feel free to e-mail me with any questions. ptinla1@... Guest guest
I received a private inquiry (off of PTManager from a friend and thought the question was a good one. I want to share the answer with the group because there are probably others that have the same question. Someone asked me why I recommended the two products I did as opposed to a scheduling package that interfaces with the billing system they were using. The question was a good one and here is the answer I provided (with product names removed) The reason I don't recommend (Scheduling package A) or products like it is not because they aren't good. It is because they don't have a billing product connected to them. One of my pet peeves is that you would purchase (Scheduling Package A) and somewhere in the integration phase, they will say, we tried, but there is a problem with the (Billing Package A) interface module. Then (Billing Package A) turns around and says, our interface module is tried, true and tested, it is the export module of (Scheduling Package A) that is the problem. I am making this scenario up, but have encountered it enough during my lifetime that it becomes very aggrevating. After having said all that, you might just want to ask the question of both vendors if they have interfaced before and whether you can speak with another customer that has gone through the interface of those two programs successfully. After doing your research, if you believe the product to be a good one, purchase it and move forward! Hope this helps! Jim <///><
