Guest guest
foods causing stomach cancer? Why is arguing native nutrition so difficult? I know I can't be attached to the outcome when I discuss it with people but I feel it's one step forward and then two steps back when articles like this come out. Once I read about WAP, by total chance, it was so self-evident and common sensical to me. I needed no convincing, the comprehension of the concepts was instant (but instituting it took time). I wish I could take a step outside of myself to look objectively at what swung me in the right direction so I can hit on it with others but it's such an emotional thing for me. In all the discussions I have with different people, they have eaten garbage their whole life and have great energy. Meanwhile I eat amazing compared to them and I have barely any energy. It's so horrible to be in the know on good nutrition while at the same time being so unhealthy. It's also so hard to simply not saying anything when I see kids eating such crap.
