Are you male or female?

Male hair loss is genetic and related to testosterone, while female

hair loss is more often adrenal fatigue. So if you're male, stop

having sex (LOL), but if you're female, stop drinking coffee, make sure

there's enough salt in your diet, and take care of your thyroid (like

iodine supplements).
