We add 4-5 drops of rosemary, and then either 4-5 of peppermint and 2 of wintergreen, or 4- 5 of cinnamon and a few of clove. You can also add limolene (orange or other citrus peal). For those who are super sensitive, the fermented from Green Pastures is great. BTW, anyone have any thoughts on Dr. Marshall, his views on everything from nutrition to dentistry, etc...
