Need to freeze sprouted whole grains?

Hi, does anyone know if, after you sprout and dehydrate whole grains,

it's necessary to store them in the freezer or if you can just put

them in an airtight container at room temp? Wondering if sprouted

whole grains go rancid faster than non-sprouted whole grains...
