Guest guest
looking for some clarification on this as well! We are on a low/no sugar diet but want to figure out some way to save all the berries we have picked without freezing [my freezer is jammed alread!] We like to use berries for kefir smoothies, not for toast [low gluten too] also, does anyone out there have any recommendations for small freezers? looks like a lot of the smaller ones that I am looking at fall apart or just stop working --which would be very expensive and heartbreaking to loose all those foods I've struggled to find!! > > Hello, > We've picked tons of raspberries and blackberries this year. Guest guest
if you buy a freezer, get one with an alarm that goes off if the door is left open and the food starts to thaw. this has saved us several times! we have an upright freezer and if something is sticking out, the door won't go shut all the way. of course, if the alarm stops working, that won't help you. > > > > Hello, > > We've picked tons of raspberries and blackberries this year.
