whenever i get itchy rashes or bites, i run the hottest water i can stand over

it--in the shower or sink until i've satisfied the itch. it gets very intensely

itchy, peaks, and then subsides completely. the relief lasts for several hours

at least, and sometimes the only thing that helps me sleep throughout the night.
