Guest guest
I have read that in men, it is not real testosterone, but a testosterone variant produced as a reaction to all the xenoestrogens we eat and absorb from plastics. There is a substance called DIM (i can't recall the acronym specifics) in kraut which helps to neutralize these estrogens. I've mentioned before I eat superfoods for thyroid health. Salt and C turned my adrenals around very quickly. TCM prescribes licorice (contraindicated in breastfeeding but it didn't hurt my supply) and citrus peel, among other things. Mineral deficiencies and a skin yeast infection are other possibilities to consider. desh
