other people have noticed Dr bronners thinning the enamel of their

teeth:

acid foods can do the same

are you eating alot of fruits/acidic foods?

is it actual vertical ridges in your teeth or just discoloration?

it might be the beginning stages of acid erosion/enamel wear causing

vertical ridges in the upper incisors

I have this too-I think it was because i was depleted in

minerals/brushing too hard with hard bristle brush

i am trying to remineralize my teeth

i'm not sure where your grey lines are coming from, but i had some

stain problems from balsamic vinegar after i switched to soap. i got

the stains and they never went away(for a month or so)...until i went

on a camping trip and used toothpaste. i came home and was happy to

see they had disappeared finally.

Jill, I love Uncle Harry's All Natural Tooth Powder. You can find it online.

Very refreshing -- can't use too much or it's too strong. My teeth seem

brighter and my breath fresher. I struggled for years trying to find something

I liked and I'm very satisfied with this product.

i think i just replyed to you on the candida group too! ha!

i was starting to really think it was something in my teeth bc no

amount of brushing was getting it off and it was getting worse

everyday. but all it took was a little baking soda, phew! im on a

candida diet so no fruit but im sure i need to remineralize. i'm on my

way to better teeth. . .

im slightly embarassed to say that it came right off brushing with

baking soda! someone on another list recommened it and it worked fast.

my teeth have never felt better brushing with soap - i only use a tiny

drip though. now i think i'll do the baking soda once a week too.

thanks, jill
