I appreciate the very detailed response you gave. I am printing it so I can

use it a great reference of suggestions.

I'm sorry to hear you have struggled with all of this, too. It's not easy.

Thankfully I have two wonderful children that fill my days with joy. They

help me to look past my difficulties.

If you know of any books that address these issues that are worth reading,

please send the titles my way.

I am and have been dealing with much the same issues for some time now. For

me it has been just a case of experimenting with diet and supplements. I

think I have been making progress.

I will tell you what I have been doing but it will have to be your decision

for which ones you will try on your own. And I am sure that others will

chime in with suggestions.
