Friends,

Just wanted to say thanks. We brined the turkey and it turned out

excellent (on top of just turning out mounds of leftovers, the birds

were an excellent traditional breed).

Hey ,

We get turkeys from the Amish in central Ky, and occaisionally from

across the river in Indiana. Sometimes one has to get on a waiting list.
