The description makes it sound like a hybrid - something between a slow cooker and a pressure cooker. I'm concerned the temps would get too high. It would be nice to find a non-lead crockpot - so that's my main goal. I found some crockpot with stainless steel inserts, but they didn't describe 18/10, 18/8, etc. so am concerned about that.
