Dear all,

The decision taken by Punjab University to reserve one seat in every

department for HIV or cancer patients is an eye opener for everyone to remove

the stigma of the afflicted people. We should appreciate such challenging and

encouraging step/initiative taken by the Vice

Chancellor of the University.
