Thanks for your additional comments which clearly and effectively voice the

concerns and needs of all those who wish to contain the dual epidemics by all

possible means.

Utilization of all available provisions (mainly legal)say for criminal

negligence, malpractics etc. besides societal pressure against them, may curb

such tendencies and 'deeds' to some extents if not

eradicate them all together.
