Guest guest
Hi, I was wondering if anyone has advice for dealing with a sort of heat rash. It's basically just a bunch of hives on my shoulders, chest, and back after I go out in the sun (even if just for 20 minutes). I'm a fair complexion and in the past I used to burn easily, but now on a diet high in good quality animal products I am able to tan really well and stay out quite a bit longer in the midday sun. But, I still get hives on my skin that take about a full day to go away. Any way to prevent these? I have tried coconut oil on my skin, aloe vera too. They don't seem to do much for the hives although my skin is really soft now. Thanks, Kat
