anyone out there have any thoughts around this...we live in a group

of townhouse/condo's that were new when we moved in 5 years ago....we

need to get our air ducts cleaned --- there is a tremendous

difference in quotes that I am getting for this service--based on the

*quality* of service...obviously would not want to have any nasty

chemicals...but there is a big difference in how they do it...I don't

*think* we have any mold but you never know with all this crazy rain

we have been having. also have noticed that since we moved in we

have a lot less dust than we used to have...I think it was because of

all the stuff in the air from the new construction so we probably

have a fair amount of nasty stuff in there..[on an aside think this

may be a reason/contributing factor to why i got so sick a bout a

year after we moved in as I was home with our newborn--her health

too!]

I am researching this for our condo associaation...our condo will pay

for the cheaper services [of course--we have a bunch of chemical

engineers here with no worries around this stuff!]

we have 2 separate units--one for the main area and much smaller for

the 2 bedrooms upstairs...so main floor is the workhorse. oh, we

have gas and central air..

really appreciate any input...we are getting back to health and don't

want to do anything that might not be healthful.

peace and blessings....
