Guest guest
Hi This is the first I've heard of the New Hampshire project. Very interesting. Only problem is the weather. Coming from the West and having never lived in snow, may be a problem. I'm very temperate. Not too hot, not too cold... Is there a part of New Hampshire where the weather isn't so cold and snowy in the winter? Thanks, Jafa > Where is the BEST place in the USA to live and follow the WAPF > lifestyle? > > This would include local availability of raw milk, pastured meats, etc. > > Thanks! > > Leah > >

It seems there isn't; *http://tinyurl.com/2ancge* ** But still, there are 101 reasons to move there http://www.freestateproject.org/files/101-Reasons-to-Move-to-NH.pdf Selim On Mon, Aug 25, 2008 at 6:58 PM, jafa <jafasum@...> wrote: > Hi > > This is the first I've heard of the New Hampshire project. Guest guest
We'd grown up in Minnesota, but after marriage, lived in S. Carolina, Florida, Utah, California and now NH. I took a lot of " guff " from NH folks when they first saw my CA plates, " OH, you are SO going to hate winter.....you are going to freeze. " Finally, I asked a few of them if their male intact dogs had ever sat down on the sidewalk, in the middle of winter and frozen their " private parts " to the sidewalk, requiring a warm bucket of water to free him, and a midnight run to the vet for neutering. Nope....none of them had ever had that happen. So by that, I knew that all their warnings about NH cold were nothing compared to what I grew up with in MN. It's all relative. Snow isn't the issue here. It's the ice storms and nor'easter storms. Those stink. Big time. It's tough to make snowmen when there's a 2-inch layer of ice on everything. Guest guest
You got back to me. Yeah.... Please tell me more about your experiences in N.H. What part do you live in? What part is the warmest? Is the political climate really that different from other states? Are you involved in the New Hampshire project? jafa > Hi > > This is the first I've heard of the New Hampshire project. Very > interesting. Only problem is the weather.
