Is eating coconut oil the same as eating lard or any other fat for

metabolizing fat soluble vitamins?

I've been eating nothing but coconut oil in order to lose weight.

Also:

Liver has no fat it seems so should I eat a spoonful of coconut oil or

lard or butter with it?

Good Lord, branch out. I'm a big lover of the stuff, too, but at

least have a little other fat. :)

I usually have a little lard or fatty bacon with my liver.

Coconut oil may help absorb other fat-soluble vitamins, but it does

not have substantial amounts of vitamins itself.

Lard has 23.6% of its calories from fat:

It may be helpful to have extra fat, but you definitely have at least

a moderate amount of fat to begin with. So, it's possible you'd

benefit but it isn't as if you wouldn't be absorbing any fat-soluble

vitamins without doing so.
