Hello,

I have two skin issues that I have questions about:

1. Just arrived three days ago - appears to be hives on back of

legs, arms, and back. Treated with coconut oil and tea tree, no

help. I am trying to avoid going to the doctor to get steroids - had

a similar break out four years ago, but then I think it was heat-

related. There has been no major change in nutrition, stress, or

personal care products. Sorry I don't have much more info, I have

tried to figure out what it might be but I havent' had any major

changes. Any ideas? No itching. I am open to more probing questions

if you think that would help.

2. Skin blemishes - as of about 6 weeks ago, my face started

breaking out a lot! I stopped using my Aveeno cleanser in search of

more natural items (after 2 weeks of breakouts, so the change from

Aveeno doesn't seem to be the cause), and even with a coco

oil/castille soap, and coco oil moustiurizer, it's been awful. I

have treated the blemishes with tea tree (young living brand) and no

use - still breakouts on my face and hairline. These are now

spreading to my neck. I had very good skin in the past (using bad

unhealthy products), and now that I seem to be going more natural, I

am having awful breakouts - 6 weeks seems to be too long

to " transition " my skin! I have stopped/severely limited processed

sugar in the past three days to see if that will help. Any other

ideas or thoughts?

Thank you so much for your help!

IME, heat related bumps are tiny... like poison ivy or oak.

If it is only on your back, I'd suspect something you've laid on - sheets,

couches, pool/patio chairs, towels... possibly a detergent allergy? Been

to a friends house recently?

Possibly a form of detox or the result of removing drying products (such as

those which contain alcohol) - direct sun for at least 15 minutes a day

should help dry it up.
