I don't think you need Sustagen and Yokult - yuk! I made lots of homemade

soup and pureed it with the Bamix. That way you are getting all the

nutrients you need (especially if you include pasta or pulses and meat or

chicken), if you include some fresh fruit juice you won't need all these

suplements.

I actually like both sustagen and yokulk...especially the chocolate

flavored sustagen which i bought right after the op....tastes great

and you know your getting all of your vitamins and minerals....

By the way....i found an old post I'd sent to you....ill rehash it

below ...you know what i did when i had the op...cause pre-op i didnt

ever cook...(hahaha)....bought a supermarket variety of soups....mush

them up a bit more...microwave...and they're ready to go. I also had

sustagen, once or twice a day. Some juice a couple times a day, and

so yoghurts (which you can buy in half sizes 100g).
