Guest guest
Just a, perhaps, very anal. clarification. TCM is not really that traditioal. Traditional Chinese Medicine did not begin until after the 1949 New Democratic Revolution in China. The Chinese authorities wanted to purge Chinese medicine of things they found superstitious. And so they did. I don't really know if they were succesful in doing so or not, or if they threw out valuable stuff that did not fit their worldview. I know a lot of Qi gong got excluded by this. I am less sure about herbology and acupuncture. What existed in mainland China before 1949 is referred to as Classical Chinese Medicine. - --- joanhulvey <joanhulvey@...> wrote: > http://happyherbalist.com/fat_burning_soup.htm > > Ed, I appreciate your web site. Guest guest
True. I do practice TCM Style. Even " Classical Chinese Medicine " is very diffuse with a great many different styles. Guest guest
Except for a recent mid-age tummy bulge since I just retired from teaching martial arts for some 20 years I have been skinny my whole life. I posted that recipe for my acupuncture clients and it has many successful reports. It is not meant for a long term use.
