Someone's Dietary Practices. Your opinions on it?

Hello everyone,

A person I know follows this dietary practice. Do you agree or

disagree with this:

He has problems with dairy foods so he doesn't eat much dairy. So to

get calcium he crushes about 1/4 cup of raw sesame seeds and consumes

that along with whatever he's eating. He says the vegetables provide

some calcium, but not enough.

He also takes 1/2 a teaspoon of cod liver oil every day to get the

Vitamin D.

I'm not a nutritionist or a food expert, so I am not really sure this

is healthy or not.

if someone is going to eat raw sesame seeds, I would suggest that they sprout

them first

according to p. 115 of NT.
