Hi Folks,

A few of us in the DC area are planning to do a panel discussion at a

local church (or more, if we get the chance), about why people of faith

need to support sustainable agriculture. In preparation for that, I

did a guest blog post on a Christian Homemakers blog out of Canada.

Please read this, and share with your friends who might be persuaded to

join our ranks!

Nice! There's a great film called " Renewal " that has 15 min.

segments about what faith communities are doing about different

issues - it's very inspirational! One of the segments is about a

Muslim group in the Midwest who decided to break their Ramadan fast

with only humanely raised, sustainable food. It's pretty cool and

there are other good segments that would apply as well. You can

order it here: http://renewalproject.net.s17607.gridserver.com/dvd

but be sure to get the coupon code from the Regeneration Project

first (I got two copies of the DVD for only $5 total but looks like

that offer is over now) http://www.theregenerationproject.org/
