I am applying for a group number with BCBS and they are a requesting an outline of the practice's Quality Assurance Program. I have been going on a wild goose chase trying to get information on how to get this. I contacted the APTA who referred me to my state's licensing board. The licensing board has a voicemail where I left a message but have not received a response. I don't feel confident I am on the right track. Anyone with information on how to obtain a Quality Assurange Program? Should I be contacting Medicare? I also contacted the enrollment provider at BCBS and they were not sure.....yikes...how difficult is this! Many thanks for anyone who can help, Yunker, PT American Health and Rehabilitation Inc.
