Guest guest
Dear All, It is true that we cannot claim or talk about rights without also simultaneously talking about responsibilities. In the case of MSM Rights this is something that I have individually and we as an organisation have always emphasised. I therefore totally endorse Suresh Raman’s views on this. Re: CM Mayavati suspends 2 doctors for refusing Delevery to pregnant HIV+ woman in Maybe one of the things that NACO can do is develop a charter of responsibilities in consultation with community groups, concerned parties like health care providers, and technical experts, which should then become part of any dissemination/education process on HIV. Also this can be of use in protecting service providers, in case they are implicated as a consequence of irresponsible behavior of the service seeker.
