Guest guest
I just ordered a 5 gallon tub of coconut oil from Jungle Products. It comes in a plastic container, and even on their website they say the plastic is not recommended for long-term storage. Makes sense, of course. I'd like to transfer it to a different type of container, but I'm not sure where to find something of that size. Stainless steel, glass or ceramic seem the obvious choice. But most things I've seen that are in the 5 gallon range do not have an airtight top (a stainless steel stockpot would be an example). Any ideas? Thanks, Chris
Guest guest
You could store it in wide-mouth mason jars -- pint or quart size. This is what I'm going to do with my giant 5-gallon tub. I think it's easier to deal small jars than with than a big tub. On Mar 16, 2008, at 8:42 AM, chriskjezp wrote: > > > Any ideas?
