Guest guest
Hi Elena Have you tried slippery elm bark. It's a powder that you mix with a little lukewarm water, add a little something sweet if you like (or not) until is a smooth slippery paste. Don't need too much for a baby. It coats the digestive tract. It's an excellent product and nutritious as well. Watch out for fillers in some brands. When my daughter gets reflux (she's 16 now) I give her umeboshi paste or the whole umeboshi plums. It works every time. But I don't know how it would go for a baby. You can only use the top quality as found in health food shops - it's used in macrobiotics. Works like a charm for me, my daughter and my dad for many years now. It's very salty, so only a tiny amount. But get advice first cos I don't know if it's recommended for babies. you'll get the right answer somewhere - good luck.
