Guest guest
Does anyone know of a book that follows Nourishing Traditions principles but is geared to Kosher type eating...no pork, no milk with meat etc. Thanks for your help, Ann

The author, Jordan Rubin, is actually a Messianic Jew but he follows the Old Testament food laws and argues in favor of them from a health perspective. However, it's more of a health book than a cookbook, unlike Nourishing Traditions. Chris
