Soured cream WAS: ice cream recipes

You will still taste the sour flavor in the ice cream. Use it for

cooking, a nice creamy sauce, I've even used soured cream to make

creme brulee and custards.

You can freeze it too and wait for the cooler weather when you might

add it to your morning broth for a great wake up.

If you can't use it right away freeze it so it stops souring.

I have some cream that is somewhat sour, medium I'd say. Is it

possible to sweeten it enough for ice cream or will the sour taste

remain. I don't really have a use for so much sour cream and got this

for ice cream but time slipped by and now I'm hoping it's not too late.
